Although it is difficult to live like your ancestors, but in some cases it is completely possible. For not having diabetes, first of all it is important that you shake your body every day and tired. After this, take healthy food. Do not take stress and get deep sleep. Know how to apply this simple method.

Adopt these rules

1. Lose extra weight-First of all, you have to weigh. The study has found that overweight can cause diabetes within 3 years. Therefore, lose weight in any case. For this, eat healthy food and do hard exercises daily.

2. Tired the body-Like before, tired the body under any circumstances. There is no need to go to the gym for this. Walk fast. Cycles, run, swim, butterfly, jump the rope. All of them are called aerobic exercises. Play outdoor games. Meaning anything. Tired the body one to one and a half hours throughout the day. If you are in the office, climb the stairs. All these work helps in controlling blood sugar. Never sit in one place in one place for more than half an hour. Get up for 5 minutes every half an hour and do light-hearted activities.

3. Take the plant based diet-Try to eat things that are stems from plants. This will keep you getting vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. The carbohydrate and starch present in it will work as energy for the body. Secondly, you will get plenty of fiber from which the digestive system will be strong.

4. What to eat-Try to be filled with fruits and green vegetables whenever you eat. After this, keep half of the remaining grains in half of the remaining and keep protein -rich foods such as legumes, pulses in half. If you are non-posterion, you can keep fish, egg, meat. Eat maximum of tomatoes, chillies, capsicum, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, gram, redemption vegetables. Eat different types of fruits and vegetables every day. Do not eat processed things in whole grains. Such as things made of semolina or maida. Instead, eat things made from wheat flour or eat items made from thick grain flour. Whole grains like jowar, millet, jE, maize, quinoa etc. will not provide diseases and health will benefit greatly.

5. Eat healthy fat-There is no healthy fat in the pizza-burgers or packets that eat in the market. It causes a lot of damage. So take healthy fat. For healthy fat, you should eat bezitable oil. Do not eat refined in beigeable oil. Eat cold presses fast. Mustard and olive oil is considered the best.

6. Also know what not to eat– Neither eat too much sweet nor eat too much salt. It is better if you do not eat ice cream, chocolate, biscuits, packets etc. But most important is not to consume alcohol and sigert. Both these bad things are fatal not only for diabetes but also for the whole body.
