Kannada actor Darshan Thuggudipa is the main accused in the kidnapping, assault and murder of Renuka Swamy in June last year, who was seen at a special screening of his new film ‘Vamana’ in Bengaluru on Tuesday evening. He disregarded the court by citing back pain, not reaching the date of the court. Now the court warned him that no further excuse would be accepted.

A few days after the sentence, he was granted bail on the medical ground and was admitted to a hospital in the city. At the same time, the Civil and Sessions Court of Bangalore had asked him to appear during the prescribed hearing in the Renukaswamy murder case on Monday. But Kannada actor darshan was found elsewhere. After this, the court reprimanded him. Darshan’s lawyer informed that the actor could not appear due to serious back pain, after which the court expressed displeasure.

Karnataka state police can take action
However, the real reason for the dispute is something else. While watching the film, a major witness in the murder case was also present with Darshan. In the picture revealed on social media, Darshan was seen sitting with a witness in the theater. Legally, the accused outside bail is not allowed to meet the witness involved in the case. According to IANS report, Karnataka State Police can now take action against darshan.

Let me tell you that on April 8, a fans murder case was being heard in a court in Bengaluru, when Darshan’s lawyer filed a petition for exemption from appearance. His legal team claimed that the actor is suffering from back pain and hence cannot appear in court.
