New Delhi: Actor Ejaz Khan’s difficulties are increasing due to the broadcast of ‘porn’ show ‘House Arrest’ on the owl app. After all -round protest, the owl app has removed the controversial episodes of ‘House Arrest’ from its platform. On the other hand, summons has also been issued in the name of Ejaz Khan.
The owl app has removed all the controversial episodes of ‘House Arrest’ from its platform. Giving information on the matter, Yashasvi Yadav, head of Maharashtra Cyber Cell, said, ‘We got information about the show from journalists and other sources. We have investigated the matter and directed that the show has been immediately closed and asked to keep all the data safe.
The head of the cyber cell further said, ‘On our instructions the app has closed the show. If we get any complaint then we will take action. The National Commission for Women, along with Ejaz Khan, has also sent summons to Vibhu Aggarwal, CEO of the owl app and asked to appear before the Commission on 9 May.
Demand arose to ban the show
There is tremendous resentment among the people due to showing pornographic content in ‘House Arrest’ aired on the owl app. Along with Chitra Wagh, President of Maharashtra BJP Mahila Morcha, Rupali Chakankar, Chairman of State Women’s Commission, also demanded a ban on the show. Gave a tough reaction to the pornographic content of the house arrest show. Rupali Chakankar wrote a letter to the Director General of Police of Maharashtra demanding a ban on the broadcast of the show.
Ejaz accused of dirty conversation
Maharashtra BJP Mahila Morcha president Chitra Wagh, demanding a ban on the show, called it a ‘example of pornography’. Chitra Wagh shared a clip of the show on X. In this clip, Ejaz is seen to have dirty conversation with the contestant and provoke him to do objectionable scenes.
