The fructose liver present in Chinese prevents the oxidation of beta fatty acids, causing novo lipogenitis and causes a lot of fat. This is the reason that people who do not drink alcohol also start getting liver damage. In such a situation, doctors recommend that much alcohol and sugar should not be consumed. Along with this, do not consume fried things, red meat, flour made of flour, snacks, candy, chocolate, pastries etc.
