During the conversation of Raj Shamani’s podcast, Aamir Khan said that people had already started watching Lavayapa with the glasses of nepotism. He said- ‘I think the film received negative response from the people. Junaid was also trolled due to nepotism. Aamir believes that Nepotism Debate impressed the image of the film, but he made it clear that he never did any ‘special treatment’ for his son.

‘I did not interfere in Junaid’s career’

Aamir also made it clear that he has not tried to get his son a role in any film. Till now I have not interfered in Junaid’s career and will not do further. He said- According to him, an artist himself should move forward with his talent and hard work, and as a father he can only pray, cannot make a way.

In the conversation, Aamir Khan gave an example of his brother Faizal Khan and told how he also helped him to make a career, but it did not get any special result. I tried a lot with Faizal, but in the end it was understood that this is a field where no one can help anyone.
