While sharing a special thing about his film ‘Lakir-Forbidden Lines’, he said that Sunny Deol agreed to work in the film ‘Lakir’ without listening to the whole script. This action-drama film ‘Lakir-Forbidden Lines’ was released in the year 2004. Talking about the film, Ahmed said, ‘Sunny and I have been friends for decades, and they always mean a lot to me. When I was directing my first film, I received a call from Sunny Deol’s office. I was playing football at that time. After receiving the call, when I went to meet him, he immediately agreed to the film without delay.

Keeping his point further, Ahmed said, ‘I did not need to tell the whole script. I only presented a glimpse of the story, and Sunny liked the idea so much that she agreed to do the film. He asked his team to fix the shooting dates as soon as possible. Apart from Sunny Deol, Sunil Shetty, John Abraham, Sohail Khan and Nauhid Sirusi were in lead roles in the film.
