New Delhi. Samsung is preparing to launch its flagship Tab S11 series, but in the meantime the Korean company has also declared prices of its affordable Tab S10 Lite. The device was launched globally last month and was also shown at the Galaxy Unpacked event on 4 September. The price of Tab S10 Lite in India starts from Rs 30,999 for Wifi-only 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variants. The price of 8GB RAM and 256GB Wifi variants is Rs 40,999. Users who want 5G connectivity in their Tab S10 Lite will have to spend Rs 35,999 for 6GB+128GB model. The 8GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs 45,999. Storage can be extended up to 2TB via Microsd.
Tab S10 Lite can be purchased through Samsung’s official website and retail partners. There is no direct predecessor of Tab S10 Lite. Samsung Tab S9 Fe may probably be closest to it. Tab S9 Fe was launched in October 2023 at an initial price of Rs 35,999. On the other hand, the new Tab S11 starts from Rs 85,999 in India, while the price of Tab S11 Ultra is Rs 1,10,999.
Samsung Tab S10 Lite features and specifications
The Tab S10 Lite brings Samsung user experience in a more affordable option than the company’s flagship tablets. The Tab S10 Lite has a 10.9-inch Wuxga+ TFT display, which has a resolution of 1,320 × 2,112 pixels. OnePlus Pad 2 is also available at this price, which has more vibrant LCD. The TFT panel has a peak brightness of 600 nits and has a Vision Booster Technology of Samsung.
The Tab S10 Lite has an 8-megapixel single rear camera, which is sometimes suitable for photography. The 5-megapixel front camera is sufficient for zoom calls and online meetings.
Like Samsung tablets, S Pen is also available in the box with Tab S10 Lite. Tab S10 Lite has Samsung’s ‘intelligent features’, which can be used as expensive models. Google’s Circle to search feature is also available. The device has an 8,000mAh battery, which comes with 25W wired charging support. Samsung S10 Lite will get seven years of OS updates and security patches, which will keep it useful for a long time.
