Suman, representing Rajasthan, won the gold medal by defeating the 48 kg weight category Chandigarh, Kerala, Jharkhand, Mizoram and Delhi’s international boxer in the final. Suman Kumari has been selected in the upcoming National Camp. Suman has won all his matches with a unilateral decision. On arrival, the city dwellers will take out a procession and congratulate him. After getting the National Medal, Suman has also been selected in Khelo India Youth Games.

Born in a simple family of Dewasi society, Suman’s mother runs a tea stall at the new bus stand. He has two brothers in which one helps a mother and the other has started wages in the factory. Father Babulal also lives at the tea shop. In such a situation, along with the expenses of the family, Suman’s dieting and sports expenses also run only from the tea shop. Mata Sita Devi says that Suman has been fond of playing since childhood. The family focused a full focus only after playing it. Proud to win the medal today.

Suman’s coach Dilip Gehlot says that the first meeting in 2019 took place on his tea thad. When Suman’s mother came to know that I teach a game, I urged Suman to train. Gehlot himself is a physical teacher. After school, he gave 3 hours training at Bangar Stadium every day. Not even encouraged even after defeat in Junior, Junior and Senior. Coaches say that Suman has always trained with boys. This strengthened his game. Suman has been a Rajasthan Under-17 School State Champion, twice Junior State Champion, 2 times Youth State Champion. It is also a bronze medalist of Youth National.

Suman lost only 5 matches in all the tournaments and won 32. This includes 2 national medals, 5 state level gold medals. The family has been encouraged in the financial condition. Now 2028 is a dream to win the Olympic medal. She says that in this 6-year journey, the coach had the highest support with parents.
