Dr. Santosh Srivastava said that drinking the juice of Mahua leads to the promotion of the body, but by drinking it in excess, the body starts feeling intoxicating. In such a situation, if the juice of Mahua is done in the morning 5 ML daily, then it will keep the body healthy and will get rid of many diseases.

Mahua improves breathing by reducing the phlegm stored in the lungs. The use of mahua fruits and flowers reduces problems like skin diseases such as skin irritation, itching, and eczema, as well as regular intake of mahua fruits improves metabolism, which also helps in weight loss.
