While doing yoga, many people make hurry and start with difficult rugs, which can cause injury. Prashant ji says that patience is the most important thing in yoga. Do not do yoga without preparation or correct guidance. Nowadays people are becoming more active about yoga, especially the trend of online classes, apps, and yoga retreat has increased rapidly, due to which people are now able to learn yoga sitting at home till the village.

What misunderstanding people have?
There are many misconceptions among people about yoga, such as it is only for the elderly or needs a lot of time. Prashant ji tells these things completely wrong and says that yoga is for everyone, it is just a need to give some time every day. Technology has also played a big role in the spread of yoga. Apps and virtual classes have made it very easy.

How does it help in mental peace?
Prashant said that yoga provides relief to the brain. Meditation and pranayama reduces anxiety and anger. Sleep is also good. Yoga is very effective in problems like depression and anxiety.

What should be a yoga diet?
Prashant ji said that homemade, low spices, fresh food is best. Such as lentils, vegetables, chapati, fruits, salads and buttermilk. Avoid eating very fried or spicy, it brings lethargy in the body.
