Recently 2nd Asian Yogasan Sports Championship in Delhi (Asian Yoga Championship) It was organized, in which more than 200 athletes from 20 countries participated. Yoga has been teaching yoga for 20 years
Dr. Aarti Pal is a resident of Indore in Madhya Pradesh and is currently a professor of Yoga Department at Patanjali University. She has been teaching yoga for the last 20 years.
