Dr. Shalini Jugran, the Ayurvedic doctor of Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand, says that this wild fruit is very beneficial in many health problems.

According to Dr. Shalini Jugran, Bedu is considered effective in cleaning the blood, removing constipation and removing problems related to the lungs. The medicinal properties present in it also make it beneficial in stomach and skin related diseases.

Dr. Jugran says that the scientific name of Bedu is Ficus Palmata. Research has found that it has the ability to become an excellent option of synthetic pen reliever such as Aspirin and Diclofenc. Bedu nervous system is beneficial in disorder, urinary disorder and wound healing.

Its leaves are also considered very nutritious for animals. The special thing is that a substance like white milk emanating from the bedu is also used to apply on older wounds and warts, which gives quick relief.
