The Supreme Court ordered the CBI for an alliance between real estate developers and banks in Delhi-NCR areas. The apex court ordered the CBI to investigate against Supertech Limited.
The bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh was hearing the petitions of those who bought the house. These people had booked flats under subsidy schemes in NCR areas such as Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram.
Which case was heard The Supreme Court was hearing the petition of several buyers. It includes people who invested money in the housing projects in NCR, especially Noida, Greater Noida and Gurugram.
People allege that the banks are pressurizing them to give them EMI, while they did not get the possibility of the house at all.

SC asked institutions to be made nodal officers The Supreme Court has directed RBI and Greater Noida Authority, Noida Authority, Secretary, Ministry of Home and Urban Administration and Chartered Accountants Institute. It said that in a week, make your senior-free officers a nodal officer, who should help SIT if needed.
The Supreme Court had said- 60-70% of bank home loans is already given to builders. The Supreme Court had earlier said that thousands of houses buying people are being affected due to a scheme. Banks give 60-70% of the home loan to the builders, while the project is not complete within the scheduled deadline.
After this, the court then asked the CBI to build a roadmap, so that the nexus between the bank and the builders could be exposed.
