Eating curd in the morning or night can make a mess in the digestion because digestive fire is weak on these times. Curd is hot, which can increase the problem of mucus, cold or flatulence at night. Often people increase the intake of curd in summer. But at the same time, Dr. Manisha says that it is not right to consume curd in the summer season. Curd should be eaten during the winter and rainy season. Whereas at the time of heat and autumn, yogurt should not be included in food.

With whom is it right to eat yogurt?
Instead of eating yogurt alone, it is better to eat it by mixing it with other things. As-Curd is beneficial to eat with honey, moong dal, mishri or invoice powder. It should not be eaten with ghee, honey, hot food or fruits, they are called “diet” and can produce poison in the body.
