New Delhi: Director Sanoj Mishra is lodged in Delhi’s jail on charges of rape. He came in the limelight by giving a role in the film to Monalisa, who came into discussion with Mahakumbh in the past. Now he has been in lockup for a few days due to the allegation of rape of a woman. However, they are not surrounded by controversies for the first time. He disappeared before the release of the film ‘The Diary of West Bengal’. Then his close ones feared his kidnapping.
Director Sanoj Mishra was accused by the victim of making private photos viral and forcibly abortion. The magazine quoted the police as saying that Sanoj Mishra was arrested due to serious allegations. Now a new video of the victim has surfaced, in which she has made surprising claims. A new twist has come in the case.
In the video, the victim is claiming that she has known Sanoj Mishra for almost 5 years. He came into the talk of a person named Wasim Rizvi and filed a case against the director. Now the victim woman has described the rape case against Sanoj Mishra as false. The woman accused Wasim Rizvi of provoking her and pressurizing her to register a case against Sanoj.
The victim accused of deception
The woman claimed in the video that she has never been raped. She had come under the pretext and pressure of some people who were telling them that Sanoj had left her and is roaming around with Monalisa. The victim further told that some people provided them with female advocates. He wrote what I did not say. The victim further said that she was talking about registering an FIR, but Sanoj Mishra was never accused of rape, yet 376 and 554 sections were added to the FIR. When the woman objected, people said that it will not make any difference, only your case will be strong. The woman said that when I asked to withdraw the case, they started threatening me.
When the woman appealed to Sanoj Mishra’s bell
The woman said that there were misunderstandings between Sanoj and them, which people took advantage of. She had been living with director Sanoj for the last 5 years. He filed an affidavit in the High Court, so that Sanoj gets a bail, but it could not happen. It seems from the woman’s words that Sanoj Mishra is innocent, allegations of rape against her are false.
