There was a blast in the rice mill in Bahraich. 5 people died in the accident, while 3 are in critical condition. When this accident happened on Friday morning, 8 laborers were working in the mill. Then the mill’s dryer exploded. After this, the fire broke out. Smoke was filled in the mill in a while. Due to this, the workers started falling unconscious and falling here and there.
Hearing the screams, people around reached the spot. All were rushed to the hospital. Here doctors declared 5 laborers dead. DM Monica Rani reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported. He said- paddy was being dried in the rice mill, then the accident happened.

CMS MM Tripathi of the district hospital said that 8 people who fainted with suffocation in the factory were brought to the district hospital. 5 of these people were dead. 3 people were referred to the Medical College after primary treatment.
