Actually, the Kerala government has decided to start Zumba Dance Sessions in government schools from this year. This initiative has been started on the instructions of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, in which Zumba is to be included as the necessary exercise. The government believes that this will reduce the mental stress of children and will prevent the growing intoxication among the youth. This dance-outsprise based on Zumba’s fun tunes is a modern way to keep children physically active.

Zumba is a high-energy fitness program, mixing dance steps with Latin and International Music. This is a workout that enjoys doing and it seems more entertaining than traditional exercises. Jumba’s choreography includes moves of various dance styles like Salsa, Merangue, Regaton, Hip-Hop, Samba and Bailey Dance.
