New Delhi. Yashasvi Jaiswal has scored many records in his first Test on England tour. This is his first Test match on England tour. Yashasvi Jaiswal has become the fifth Indian to score a century in his first Test match in England. The 23 -year -old Indian batter responded to England in his style, which made a noise of Bazball and hit a century off just 144 balls. This is the 5th Test century of Yashasvi Jaiswal.
Yashasvi joined Ganguly-Patil club
This is the first time in 11 years when an Indian batter has scored a century in his first Test on the tour of England. This Kamal Murali Vijay did this before Yashasvi Jaiswal. He scored 146 runs in the Trentbridge Test in 2014. Before Murali Vijay, this Kamal Sourav Ganguly, Sandeep Patil and Vijay Manjrekar had also done this. Ganguly scored 131 runs in Lord’s Test in 1996. Vijay Manjrekar scored 133 runs in the Headingley Test in 1952. Sandeep Patil did this wonders in 1982. He played an unbeaten innings of 129 runs in the Test match played at Old Trafford.
