Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of its new smartphone Mix Flip 2 this month. The phone is going to come with Leica cameras. That is, a great option for photography enthusiasts is going to come in the market.
The Mix Flip 2 model is going to be launched this month for Xiaomi smartphone lovers and the news is that this new model will be equipped with Leica camera system. Although the company has not shared the date of launch of flip phones, but with the new product teaser of “See You This Month”, it has been indicated that Mix Flip 2 may be launched soon this month.
This device of Xiaomi is expected to have a new Snapdragon 8 flagship chipset, which promises fast processing speed and better overall efficiency. We should hope that this device will come out of the box with the Hyperos version, as is also indicated in the product teaser.
The teaser has not shown any part of the device or its design, but we can expect that its form factor will be like Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 version. According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, Mix Flip 2 may have a 6.85-inch Ltpo OLED inner display, which will have 1.5K resolution. Talking about the cover screen, it is expected to have a 4.01-inch 1.5k flexible AMOLED panel.
The largest upgrade imaging can be on the front, in which the Leica-powered dual rear camera setup will be placed in a module. The upcoming model is said to have a 50MP primary sensor with 1/1.5-inch sensor and 50MP is being said to be 1/2/2.76-inch ultra-wide angle lens. This means that Mix Flip 2 will have an ultra-wide angle sensor instead of telephoto lens.
Xiaomi is likely to give an IPX8 rating for its new Mix model and supports the side-mounted fingerprint sensor for safety. Mix Flip 2 will support wireless charging, which was not in its earlier flip phone. Another big thing is that it can have a 5,100mAh battery, which will support 67W fast-charging.
The launch price of Mix Flip 2 is not yet a climate. However, the model launched earlier in China was launched for CNY 6,499 (about Rs 77,600), with a single variant of 12GB+512GB. The launch price of Mix Flip 2 can also be in this range.
Xiaomi has become more active in India with its premium device, but still the possibility of Mix Flip 2 to be launched in the country is very low.
