New Delhi. Canadian Victoria MBoko continued his brilliant form in the WTA Tour and captured the title with a bang win. He defeated Naomi Osaka in the final in a three -set match and won the National Bank Open Tennis Tournament. This 18-year-old player won his first WTA tour title by defeating four-time Grand Slam champion Osaka 2-6, 6-4, 6-1 after losing the first set.
The 18 -year -old youth showed amazing passion even after losing the first set in front of experienced Osaka and made a comeback, showing the understanding. After losing the set before 2-6, he won the next two sets continuously. In the second set defeated four-time Grand Slam champion Osaka 6-4. In the next set, Victoria landed with even more aggressive game. He forced the opponent to make a mistake and won the title by winning the set by a large margin of 6–1.
