At the same time, many times the decrease of nutrients in food also causes this disease.

According to the doctor, vitamin D is very beneficial in preventing this problem. Vitamin D work is done, seizing the calcium received from our food in the body and if there is a deficiency of vitamin-D, then the calcium gets out of the food.
