Why does Aaradhya like to go to ‘Cannes’, Aishwarya Rai told the reason- ‘She is like me …’

New Delhi: Aishwarya Rai is attending the Cannes Film Festival. He was recently seen in black clothes with his daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. Aishwarya has been becoming a part of Cannes since 2002. Earlier she used to go to this event with her mother Vrinda Rai. Now his daughter Aaradhya goes with him. Aishwarya Rai once told that Aaradhya has become well acquainted with Cannes and likes the atmosphere of the film festival.

Aishwarya had told in an old interview to the film Companion, ‘This is really about living together. They are familiar with this. She knows everyone here. Returning to Cannes is like meeting friends. He is like me in this matter. He likes the palace, he likes the atmosphere. I am sure that he understands that this is really a film festival. It is amazing to see respect for the world of cinema in your children. I am sure all this is merging into it.

Aishwarya Rai was asked what effect does the living in the spotlight have on Aaradhya. When asked if Aaradhya is affected by the meditation from the media, Aishwarya told Firstpost, ‘There is amazing tolerance in it by the grace of God. He has seen this since childhood. When the crowd faces, it becomes very calm, as if you are understanding everything. Yes, she clings to me in public, because people are screaming, pushing. When I am in a crowd with her, I become more nervous than that.

Aishwarya Rai further said, ‘Look, anything can happen. It is not that someone wants to harm. But even the slightest push in the crowd can hurt my daughter. So I move forward with her in the crowd, while she remains calm. Everyone is smiling and shaking hands and calling his name. This is a friendly world for him. Everyone knows him and he should know him. Therefore, no one tries to make them feel like a celebrity.
