They also provide protein, omega three, amino acids etc. It is very interesting that the protein that is in nuts is good protein. Apart from this, all these seeds also contain hidden oil, which is useful for the body but its high amount can be harmful.
What to eat in dry fruits
Seeds of raisins, almonds, pistachios, cashews, makhanas, melons, watermelons, pumpkins or sunflowers etc. can be included in dry fruits.
Dietician says that a common adults can eat 25 to 50 grams of dry fruits daily in view of the newness value. Of these, you can take 6-7 grams of almonds, four-five cashews, half a teaspoon melon, watermelon or any type of seeds, half a bowl of makhana, some raisins etc. If some roasted gram is also eaten with them, then the benefit becomes double. Always avoid eating dry fruits at night as it is a source of energy and the body has to work hard to digest them.
Do not eat with tea at all
Dr. says that often people eat dry fruits with tea at breakfast, but by doing so they are destroying their nutritional elements. Also, the body does not get the benefit of eating these fruits.
