iPhone 17 launch timeline:
Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 17 series between September 2025. Although the company has not announced the official launch date, it is estimated that the big disclosure will probably be on 9 September.
Both Standard iPhone 17 and new iPhone 17 Air are expected to have an A18 chip – the same silicon which is found in the iPhone 16 lineup. This means that Apple can protect major performance reforms for Pro models.
iPhone 17 Camera:
Apple’s entire iPhone 17 lineup is rumored to have a 24-megapixel front camera. This is a big jump from the 12-megapixel sensor of the iPhone 16 series. This front-faceing upgrade will make selfies even more clear and will give more flexibility in cropping without losing the quality of the image.

Look and design of iPhone 17:
Talking about the appearance, the design of the base iPhone 17 is expected to be similar to the iPhone 16. Most leaks and reports are focused on the major changes of iPhone 17 Air and iPhone 17 Pro variants. Therefore, the lowest visual updates in standard models can be seen.
Apple is likely to maintain traditional pricing approach for its base models. According to preliminary reports, the initial price of Standard iPhone 17 can be around Rs 89,900. The price of the new iPhone 17 Air, which can replace the plus variant can be around Rs 99,900. High-level models, such as iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max prices are expected to be around Rs 1,39,900 and Rs 1,64,900 respectively.
Apple is preparing to launch new MACS and iPads equipped with the next generation M5 chip later this year. The first Macbook Pro is likely to come, which will be available with M5 silicon – both Pro and Max in configuration. Macbook Air is also expected to come in 2026 with this chipset. The iPad lineup will also see a big performance improvement, in which the upcoming iPad Pro models can come with M5 chip and Apple’s in-house C1 modem. In addition, high-end Mac Pro can be launched with ultra-powerful M3 Ultra processor.
