The director is going to show the violence on Hindus in Bengal in his film. The film was scheduled to release on August 15 this year, but now its release date has been postponed. Recently, Vivek also revealed the reason for postponing the release date.
On release on August 15, Vivek Agnihotri’s film was to hit Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR’s ‘War 2’ at the box-office. It was one of the big collision at the box-office this year, but now the release date of ‘The Delhi Files’ will save the loss of both films.
Vivek’s film schedule delayed
Talking with DNA, Vivek confirmed that ‘The Delhi Files Bengal Chapter’ will no longer be released on August 15. He said that the team had announced the release date of the film only last year, but everything could not be done according to the plan. Production designer Rajat Poddar died during the shooting, due to which the film’s schedule became postpone.

The director further says that if he is trying to finish the film on time, then he cannot say anything right now. They are seeing what can be done. Vivek told that even if the film was not released on August 15, it will be around it. There will be not much delay in release.
