Us Open 2025: Arina Sabalenka managed to reach the final of the US Open for the second consecutive year. She defeated Pegula in three sets in the women’s singles semi -finals.
Aryna Sabalenka later said, ‘I had become very emotional. I was just thinking, ‘Oh God, this cannot happen. Please end this match quickly. I was focusing on every next issue during the match. After the match was over, Sabalenka retreated on her ankles, spread her arms and screamed.
Top seed Sabalenka will now try to become the first woman to win the championship in the last 11 years in the last 11 years. Serena Williams won three consecutive championships from 2012 to 2014.
