U20 World Championships 2025 Wrestling: Greco Roman wrestler will return empty -handed from Bulgaria, a medal found in freestyle

Samocov (Bulgaria). India’s Greco Roman wrestlers continued to perform disappointing performance in the Under-20 World Championships. The result of his pre-quarter-finals was also 1–1, but this time he suffered a defeat to Tuel Ahmadov of Azerbaijan. Aman defeated Noki Kadodes of Japan 7–0 in 77 kg but lost on the basis of technical superiority in the last eight phases against Kiril Walewasi. Repchang’s doors were closed for Aman by defeating Valuski in the semi -finals. Rohit gave a tough competition to Gabriel Eduardo Stan of Romania in the 87 kg weight category, but lost 4-6 in the qualification round. Stan later lost in the pre-quarterfinals, ending the Indian player’s campaign.
