Use fingers at ear tip
This exercise is very simple and effective. Keep the tip of the first finger (index finger) of both hands on the upper part of your ear. Now slowly rotate it in the direction of the clock. Next, rotate in the opposite direction of the clock. Repeat this process for a few seconds. By doing this, the veins around the ears get relief and it indicates to calm your body.
Massage your ears slowly from top to bottom. First pull the ears upwards, then downwards. Do this process comfortably and without emphasis. This practice helps to relieve the ears muscles and improve blood circulation.
Massage the ears by making ‘V’ shape
Create the shape of Victory (V) with both your fingers. Now keep them in this position and slowly massage your ears. This technique not only reduces stress, but it also relaxes the sensitive nerves around your ears, which makes mental peace.
