New Delhi: Preity Zinta is currently busy in IPL. He has been seen supporting his franchise among cricket matches, but his name has been jumping due to wrong reasons. The actress was accused of doing politics for personal benefit. In fact, in February, when the Congress party of Kerala claimed that Preity Zinta gave her social media account to a political party in lieu of waiving a loan of Rs 18 crore. The actress then gave a befitting reply and said that she had repaid the loan a decade ago. Now during the ‘Ask Me Anaiting’ session from Preity Zinta, a user asked why she does not feel guilty of using public money?
A user asked Preeti, ‘Hey! How many loans have been waived so far? Why don’t you feel any shame on the public’s money by misusing your post? The actress wrote in response, ‘You look like all those who read fake news and believe them to be true. Whatever you have read about me and on any bank loan- 18 crores, 1.5 crore or any other amount- all are fake news. Hopefully, this would have removed your mind’s suspicion. I do not know how the media said it wrong, but I am sure that there is more than wrong reporting.

In response, Preeti called it ‘disgusting gossip’ and wrote on X, ‘No, I run my social media accounts myself and you are ashamed of you that you are spreading fake news! Nobody waived any debt for me.

Preity further wrote, ‘I am surprised that a political party or her leaders are spreading fake news. Using my name and pictures are indulged in disgusting gossip. Let me tell you that a loan was taken and it was completely repaid 10 years ago. Hopefully things will be cleared by this. There will be no misunderstanding in future.

Preeti is ready to comeback on the big screen after seven years. He was last seen in the film ‘Bhaiyaji Superhit’ released in 2018. She will be seen next time in the film ‘Lahore 1947’ directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Sunny Deol is in an important role in it. Shabana Azmi and Ali Fazal are also in special roles in the film.
