Artificial transplant of the patient’s hip has been transplanted in the operation theater of the hospital. The work which was done in large private hospitals or only medical colleges, has been possible for the first time in Sadar Hospital in Ara. All the big officials, including the District Officer, Civil Surgeon, were on this operation regarding the first transplant of Sadar Hospital and as soon as this operation was successful, all the officials and doctors started congratulating each other. Not only this, now arrangements are being made to transplant the hip of hip as well as knee bones in Ara Sadar Hospital and it is going to start very soon.
Sadar Hospital has become the first government district hospital in Bihar, where a successful transplant of the patient’s hip was done. In Patna AIIMS and some medical colleges, hip transplant is done. A 22 -year -old girl’s hip was performed under the leadership of Dr. Suryakant Nirala, an orthopedist of Sadar Hospital. An artificial transplant of Ritu Kumari, 22 -year -old daughter of Panchratna Yadav, a resident of Ganj, Bihia, was performed. The operation lasted for about two hours. In this, Civil Surgeon and Ayushman’s nodal officer Dr. Vikas Singh played an important role. This operation was done free of cost under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Private clinics spend one to one and a half lakh rupees for this operation.
Not even spent 1 rupee…
After a hip transplant at Sadar Hospital, the morale of the doctor and hospital administration is on the seventh sky. Meanwhile, while talking to Local 18, the manager of the hospital Shashikant Kumar said that common patients of Bhojpur district will no longer have to go to a big or private hospital for the hip transplant. Neither will they have to travel to the medical college. All the patients who need a transplant, come directly to the Sadar Hospital and show the bone specialist doctor Suryakant Nirala and fix a sure date for the operation by keeping pace with them.
He informed that the operation of the patients who will have Ayushman card will be made free, but those who do not have Ayushman card, some amount will be taken from them so that the tools and other things in the transplant can be purchased. At present, these tools or other things which are used in it are not being compensated by the state government, due to which there is some problem. But correspondence has been done and very soon things used in transplant will also be available in Sadar Hospital. After that the patient will not have to spend even 1 rupee, whether it is Ayushman card or not. He told that in the coming few days, we are also making a plan of knee transplant. First a patient will be used on a patient and after that, his temporary arrangement will also be made here.
