- Hearing of court, hearing started: Tarun Jain said that when the officers did not listen to him, he filed a petition in Tosham Court through Advocate Satyavan Sheoran. In this, he informed that neither his land has been acquired nor compensation has been given, yet the road was built. Considering this as the basis, the court approved his petition and started the hearing.
- Department did not appeal, decision came in favor: Advocate Satyavan Sheoran said that about 7-8 months ago, the court ruled in favor of Tarun and ordered the department to get Tarun occupied. Although there is a time to appeal for the decision for about 6 months, no appeal was made against it from the department. After this, in addition to Tosham, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division has implemented this decision.
- Officials got possession of the court order: Advocate Satyavan Sheoran said that on the court’s order, the officials got Tarun Jain occupied the land on Wednesday. During this, officials of the Court, Revenue Department and Public Works Department were present. Soon after the possession, Tarun Jain started building houses on his land by applying mistry.

SDM said- court decision was captured Dr. Ashvir Nain, SDM of Tosham, said that the land owner was captured on the court’s decision. This road was built by the Public Works Department. Although the department had also appealed in the sessions court, the appeal was not approved. Hence it was captured. Now the landowner has removed the occupation from the road on his own free will.
