Strict action will be taken if not appeared in court
A bench of Justices Suryakant and N. Kotishwar Singh directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to ensure that the comedians appear before the court on the next hearing date. The bench warned that ‘if they fail to appear during the production, punitive steps will be taken.’ Explain that this order of the court was given regarding a writ petition filed by Messrs Cure SMA Foundation.
Supreme Court strict for making fun of child’s health
It is worth noting that earlier on April 21, the Supreme Court took the clip of Raina on record, in which a two -month -old baby was mocked with a person who lost his eye, which required an injection of 16 crores to survive.
