At the same time, District Magistrates of several districts including Barabanki, Chandauli and Aligarh have also received threatening e-mail. In this, the DM office has been threatened with bombing. All these mails have been sent from Tamil Nadu.

On March 3, Abdul of Ayodhya was caught with a bomb
Abdul Rahman, a resident of Ayodhya, was caught from Faridabad on 3 March. He was conspiring to attack the Ram temple with a hand grenade. He went from Ayodhya to Faridabad to take delivery of hand grenade. He could be caught before he could carry out the conspiracy. After questioning the security agencies, it was found that Abdul Rahman was associated with the ISI’s Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) module.
When Abdul Rahman was caught, he also had 2 hand grenades. These were given to him by ISI handler. Gujarat ATS had told that information was revealed about Abdul Rahman being associated with the terrorist organization through social media.
Many threats have been received to bomb the temple
- 22 August 2024- The help desk mobile number of Sri Ramjanmabhoomi Tirthakshetra Trust was threatened through WhatsApp. In the threatening message, it was written, ‘They will soon destroy the temple and build a mosque …, the temple will be destroyed with 4000 kg RDX….’ In this case, UP ATS arrested an accused named Mohammad Maqsood from Bhagalpur in Bihar on 14 September. Initial interrogation revealed that Maqsood was angry with the construction of Ram temple.
- 28 May 2024- First an ID was posted on Instagram. Then a call came on 112. The police immediately activated the cyber expert and surveillance team as soon as the Ram temple was threatened to blow up. The police did not spread panic, so the police investigated inside. In the investigation, the location of the threatening that came out of Kushinagar. Police interrogated a 16 -year -old teenager from the threatening Balua pillow area. Initial investigations revealed that the minor is not mentally healthy.

No permission to blow drones around Ram temple The Ram temple and nearby drones are banned. Permission has to be obtained from the administration to fly drones. It is not even allowed to fly aircraft from above the Ram temple. The responsibility of protecting the Ram temple is in the hands of SSF i.e. Special Security Force. 200 soldiers are deployed under the security of the temple.
Preparations to create NSG hub in Ayodhya On January 22, 2024, about one and a half lakh devotees come to visit every day after Ramlala’s life-prestige. Threats are also received over the terrorist attack on the temple. In such a situation, there is a preparation to create a hub of NSG here to fully fix the safety of Ayodhya.
The NSG unit will be equipped with special weapons (specialized weapons) and anti -drone techniques. Integrated control center is being built in the temple premises at a cost of 11 crores. It will have seating arrangements of police, CRPF, SSF and intelligence organizations.
