1. Food filled with fructose and sweet foods most dangerous- Things that have fructose sugar are very dangerous for liver. Sweet foods like sweet drinks, candy, breakfast grains and flavored yogurt have now become part of daily diet. Most of us think that taking grains in breakfast is good. But it is the enemy of our liver and does harm from inside. Actually, there is a big danger hidden behind Mithas. Processed sugar, especially high-fructose corn syrup (HFCs), causes the most damage to the liver. The metabolism of fructose is almost completely in the liver while glucose uses all the cells of the body. A large amount of fructose is deposited in the liver and becomes fat, which causes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. In many studies, high fructose intake has been seen to be associated with liver inflammation, insulin resistance and long -term injury. This is more dangerous because it gradually damages the symptoms. Therefore, reduce the intake of sweet drinks, packaged food and sweets. Instead, eat full fruits with fiber which slow down the absorption of sugar.

2. Refined oil Refined oils like Soybean, Maize, Sunflower and Marigold Oil, which were said to be good for the first heart, are very at risk to the heart. All the refined oils are mostly harmful to our liver. Apart from mustard and olive oil, most of the oil damages the liver. Mustard oil is also good cold pressed. Refined oil is rich in omega-6 fatty acids, which spoil the balance of the body’s omega-3 and omega-6 and increase inflammation. The special thing is that when these oils are cooked at high temperatures, they release toxic chemicals called aldehydes which are toxic for liver cells. For a long time, their consumption increases oxidative stress on the liver, which causes liver damage. Therefore, instead of refined oil, use cold -pressed mustard oil, olive oil, avocado oil or ghee.

3. Fruit Juice-Usually people understand that fruit juice is very beneficial but no, when pulp is extracted from fruit juice, many types of micronutrants disappear and increase the amount of sugar in it. The fiber also disappears from it. Therefore, its sugar causes more damage to fruits. For example, a glass of orange juice can have as much sugar as soda. As soon as the juice goes into the intestines, the sudden flow of fructose moves towards the liver. The liver immediately starts to metabolism, which makes it difficult to get convert to the energy immediately, which makes it accumulate in the form of fat. This increases metabolic stress. Consumption of regular juice is especially dangerous for those who are predeabatic or overweight. Therefore, instead of drinking juice, take the whole fruit.
