Itching problem in summer: Itching in the skin is a common problem during the summer season. This is because due to heat, sweating from the body is very much that causes moisture in the skin and this moisture attracts bacteria and fungus. 1. Bathing with cold water- In summer, sweating and dirt accumulate on the skin and cause itching. Therefore, first of all clean the whole body with cold water. Taking a bath with cold water twice a day keeps the skin clean and itching is reduced. For cleaning the private part, use light, fragrant soap. Dry the skin well after bathing, as moisture increases the risk of fungal infection.
2. Coconut Oil-Coconut oil has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which help reduce itching. Apply light quantity of pure coconut oil in the private part. Coconut oil should not be cold pressed. Leave it at night so that the skin remains soft and avoid infection. Coconut oil also acts as a moisturizer on normal skin.

Neem paste can also be applied on the skin but do not keep it more than 10 minutes.
5. Curd paste- If itching has increased, apply yogurt paste on the itchy area. Yogurt contains probiotics, which are beneficial for skin. Apply cold yogurt on itching place and wash it after 15 minutes. Use it carefully on the private part and make sure that yogurt is fresh and without sugar.
6. Baking soda-Baking soda balances the pH level of the skin and reduces itching. Make a paste by mixing a spoonful of baking soda in water and apply it on the affected area. Wash after 10 minutes. Reduce its use on the private part, as it can dry the skin.
7. T tree oil-Tea tree oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Mix it with coconut oil and apply it lightly on the private part. Do not use it in large quantities, as it can cause irritation.
Apart from all this, drink more water during summer days and consume the fruits and vegetables in which the amount of water is high. Dhydration in summer makes the skin dry, which can cause itching. Include fresh fruits, vegetables and probiotics in your diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods as they can increase sweat and infection. Regular cleaning of the previous part is very important. But keep in mind that do not use too much soap. Especially in which there is more fragrance. After going to the washroom, wash it with clean water and dry it well.
