Such a disgusting case of rape has come to light in the ICU of ESIC Hospital in Alwar, Rajasthan, which has raised questions on the security system of the hospital. Nursing officer Subhash Uddhala, posted at ICU, raped the female patient.

I am 32 years old. I was admitted for a general operation on 2 June. The operation took place on 4 June and after that I was shifted to ICU. I was injected during the operation. My husband was sent out at around 11 pm. The guard also sent all the attendants out.
I was slowly coming to my senses. Between 1 and 2 pm I felt that someone re -injected me. As soon as the effect was affected, the body became numb, but I was feeling everything. A man was standing near me. He removed my clothes. I started touching my body wrongly.
I said- what are you doing? So said- ‘I am a doctor, am doing the operation.’ I kept crying, shouting, saying, calling my husband, but he did not listen to one. I had no strength, I was just awake, but was helpless.
The woman underwent operation on 4 June. He was then shifted to ICU.
The doctor and staff said- ‘Forgive, the job of others will go away’
When I regained consciousness in the morning, I told the whole thing to my husband. The husband immediately complained to the hospital administration. A doctor at the hospital called the accused. When asked, he confessed that he had made a mistake. He fell at my husband’s feet, apologized. The hospital staff said- forgive it, otherwise it will go to others. But we said- we will go directly to the police.
CCTV camera was not in ICU, staff accepted negligence
When the team of Dainik Bhaskar reached ICU of ESIC Hospital, the security system was exposed there. There was not a single CCTV camera in a sensitive part like ICU. The guard said- shift changes here, there is complete staff, but CCTV is not.
Accused Sikar, posting in Alwar due to diversion
Police investigation has revealed that the accused Nursing Officer Subhash is a resident of Sikar. His posting was originally elsewhere, but due to diversion, it is currently posted in Alwar.
According to the police, the case has been registered and the case is being investigated, the hospital administration has also been talked about and the victim’s side is also being heard.
The victim alleged that if the husband complained, the hospital administration asked to forgive the job and forgive them.

According to the High Court Advocate Bismad Kaur, a digital rape is what a person puts his finger or something else in her private part or mouth without a woman’s consent.
It comes under the definition of rape under Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code, although in some cases it is also recorded in a separate section.
