Khejdi has great importance in Ayurveda and has many medicine properties. Its bark leaves are fruit and all useful. From cough to respiratory, abdominal pain and pain relationship is beneficial in problems. Its bark fruit and root are used in the use of many diseases. Khejdi fruit, called “Sangri”, helps in treating stomach problems such as gas, diarrhea, and indigestion. It is consumed by boiling or drought. Khejdi bark paste is used to relieve joint pain. It is also helpful in strengthening bones.
