Arjun’s bark can be dried and decocked and taken twice a day. According to Dr. Akanksha, boil 10 mg of Arjun’s bark in water and consume it in the morning and evening. Apart from this, its bark can also be grinded as powder. However, a doctor’s advice must be taken before using any medicinal item.
