Naseeruddin Shah referred to a thing of Hollywood director Nicolas Ray, which was for the famous American actor Humphri Bogart, but believes that the statement also fits perfectly on Om Puri. He further wrote in his post, ‘Om Puri did not just act, he himself became an idea, a sensation. He was a living form of the situation, struggle and pain of the common man of that time.
