If you take tea with paratha or poha, then it should also be avoided. Because, tea contains caffeine which prevents iron objections. Tea should be taken one hour before eating or one hour after eating. If you want to drink tea in the morning, first drink water, lemonade or coconut water. You can drink tea after 20 minutes.
These things are best instead of tea
Dr. Jyoti Singh says that if you are taking tea once or twice a day, then it is beneficial. However, you can take green tree instead of tea. Black coffee can also be taken. You can also drink black tea made with ginger and basil in homes. Tea and coffee should not be taken after five or six in the evening. It should be avoided. Tea is not harmful. If you take it at the right time, then it is very beneficial and maintains freshness in the body.
