Former IAF squadron leader World Panwar told Humans of Bombay in an interview that his father’s posting was held in different cities. It was not easy for him to adjust to the new environment, but gradually his interest in his army and country service started increasing. Every Sunday she used to go to run with her father. At that time, Papa used to tell him his experience of the army – then he had the desire to feel the same experience by seeing the enthusiasm in his father’s eyes.

Passing out parade encouraged
When Warlin Panwar was 12 years old, his father was posted in Dehradun. There he saw a passing out parade. His resolve became stronger than before seeing the cadets marching proudly. After 12th, he decided to join NCC as part of the 11th Girls Battalion in Dehradun. Along with this, she was also graduating. He told that those people used to march in rain, live in camps and compute among themselves for the best cadets.
Not even accepted in fatigue
With graduation studies, such a tough schedule was quite tiring. It was also difficult to make a balance between NCC training and studies. During this, he won many awards. At the age of just 17, he got the title of Best Cadet at the National Level Camp. Then during graduation, he applied for a job in both the army and the Air Force. For this, he gave exams and then after a few weeks joined the Air Force.

Tears spilled after seeing uniform
World Panwar still gets emotional by remembering the old days. She told in the interview that the day she found the army uniform and badge, she could not stop her feelings. He first called his father. The father then gave him a very valuable advice, which he made the mantra of his life. His father told him that he did not just wear his rank, earn it too .. After this, Worldin did exactly the same. He never gave up even in the most difficult period.

When had to take the most difficult decision
Former IAF Squadron Leader, World Panwar, was appointed in the branch of the fighter controller after completing the training. In 2018, she was overseeing the Republic Day flyast on a frontline IAF base. Just before the takeoff, he saw an unknown thing coming from across the border. Taking fast action, he ordered the Air Force aircraft to scramble. After this, that object was deactivated. She considers it one of the most difficult decisions taken so far.
New journey started after 10 years
After serving for 10 years in the Indian Air Force, World Panwar took retirement in 2018. This was not easy and at that time he did not even know what a new career his career would take. Then he started working as technical security in IPL and advisor in Bollywood films. World Panwar is an inspiration for young girls who believe in big dreams and fulfilling them.
