Earlier, Sunrisers Hyderabad piled Chennai Super Kings for 154 runs with Harshal Patel’s stormy bowling. Super Kings lost wickets at regular intervals in front of Harshal (28/4), captain Pat Cummins (21/2) and Jaydev Unadkat (21/2) and the team returned to the pavilion in 19.5 overs. For Super Kings, Dewald Brevis scored the highest 42 runs in 25 balls with four sixes and one four. Ayush Mhatre scored 30 runs with six fours in 19 balls.
