New Delhi. Team India batting brilliantly in the first Test match against England. Sourav Ganguly, former captain of Team India, is happy to see India’s brilliant batting. Ganguly said that India should win after a brilliant start in the first Test against England. Because they will not get such opportunities everyday. India scored 471 runs in the first innings with the help of the centuries of Yashasvi Jaiswal, captain Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant. Ganguly feels that after scoring 359 runs for three wickets on the first day, India was in a position to touch the 600 -run mark.
Chris Woakes, Briden Cars and Josh Tong are the main bowlers of the hosts in the first Test with captain Ben Stokes. Ganguly said, ‘Actually he bowled a lot. Yesterday, half of the time, he was only bowling Shubman Gill but it does not matter. They will learn. This is just the first test. Asked if he hopes India will win the series 3–1, Ganguly said, “It is too early to say.”
