In addition, 35% admitted that they constantly worry about harming their devices, which clearly shows that the strength of the smartphone is associated with mental peace.

Indian users need strong phones
During the study, Indian users demanded strength in the phone. Indian consumers want smartphones that can face everyday challenges without lack of performance.

Durability has now become an essential requirement for Indian consumers. Oppo said that our study shows that 79% of people consider durability very important when buying smartphones and 76% people believe that when their device is durable, they feel more confident. Also, 39% of users feel anxiety or nervousness when their phones fall or break. Clearly connect durability with mental peace. Interestingly, 86% Oppo users positively rated the brand on sustainability, indicating that Oppo understands the needs of the consumer and constantly meets them.
