For this, it has been planned to make ‘sindoor forest’ on about 20 acres of land near Bhuj city. The land has been identified for the forest. It will be built by the Forest Administration and Forest Department.

Sindoor plants will also be grown in the forest Kutch District Conservator Sandeep Kumar told Divya Bhaskar that a grant of Rs 2 crore has been allocated by the state government. Under this, survey work will start in 8 hectares of land from today and by digging pits in the forest area, water will be planted in the forest area and planting 35 to 40 thousand species of plants.

These plants will be grown by drip method. In which the number of vermilion plants will be special. All these procedures will be completed by the end of the year. After that a special project based on Operation Sindoor Theme will be implemented. For this, design graphics will be prepared and sent to the government for approval.
