Celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Divekar, whose clients include famous Bollywood stars like Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and Varun Dhawan. He recently told in an interview that those who get healthy foods in the market are not always good for the body.
He has shared a simple way how you can really keep food in healthy category. He told that in today’s time, when various ‘healthy’ foods are full through social media and marketing, it is necessary to understand which food is right for our body and environment.
In a conversation with actress Eashas Channa on Tweak India’s YouTube channel, Rujuta said that not every health expert from social media or friends is right for us. He said that there are two ways to identify such food, one of which is “Language Test”. If a food is really good for you, then its name will definitely be in your local or regional language. Rujuta explained that we are living in a period of climate crisis, so the food we are eating should be according to the environment. This means that we should eat such food which rises around us and which our culture knows. He clearly said that “If the name of a food is only in English and is not in your local language, then it is not right for your body.”
