King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan made an interesting disclosure about his lifestyle last year. He had told that he sleeps only for only five hours daily. Now once again an old interview of Shah Rukh Khan is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which he is seen talking openly about his diet and food habits. In this interview with RJ Dewangana about eight years ago, Shah Rukh also showed a glimpse of his night workout routine. During this, the ‘Pathan’ actor also mentioned his very simple food habits.
Shahrukh Khan told that he does not follow any strict diet. He said, “I like simple food. I eat only twice a day- lunch and dinner. Apart from this, I do not eat anything.” Shahrukh also added that he does not like heavy dishes. His daily diet often includes sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli and sometimes lentils. He has been eating this simple food regularly for years. However, Shah Rukh also made it clear that when he is alone, he follows this routine. When he is with friends, he eats whatever food he gets.
