Tokyo Indian athlete Sarvesh Anil Kusare created history at the World Athletics Championship. On Sunday, he qualified for a high jump final in the championship. Sarvesh became the first Indian to do so. National record holder Ghulaveer Singh finished 16th with a disappointing performance in the 10,000 meter race.

Staying 34th in 36 competitive athletes from World Ranking Kota, finished joint seventh in Group B of 30 -year -old qualification round, who made it to the competition.
