Sarfaraz Khan Requested Mumbai Cricketers to Join Kanga League: Indian cricketer Sarfaraz Khan has urged all the cricketers of Mumbai to participate in the Kanga League.

Since the Test debut for India last year, Sarfaraz has scored 371 runs in six matches at an average of 37.1, including a century. The BCCI selection committee headed by Ajit Agarkar did not include him in the 15-member team for the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. Kanga League is held during the monsoon season of Mumbai. It is organized between July and October. The sky -filled sky and moisture -filled pitches make runs for batsmen. Sarfaraz played a brilliant innings of 61 runs in 42 balls against Islam Gymkhana. Mumbai’s great players like Gavaskar, Tendulkar, Sandeep Patil and Dilip Vengsarkar used to play Kanga League whenever they got a chance.

Talking to mid-day, Sarfaraz said, “In my childhood, I have my father [कोच नौशाद खान] He heard many stories from how Gavaskar Sir once came to play Kanga League match despite returning from England the same morning. Mushir [छोटा भाई] And I have always felt proud to play this tournament. Tomorrow evening [शनिवार] While returning from Nagpur, we were hoping not to rain today. “
The star batsman has not represented India for almost a year. Sarfaraz played only two more Tests after scoring 150 runs against New Zealand in Bengaluru last October. After which he was dropped from the playing XI.
