New Delhi. Samsung has launched its latest phone Galaxy F56 5G in India on 8 May. The new Galaxy F series is slim build in the smartphone and it runs on the Exynos 1480 chipset which is paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone has a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and has a triple rear camera unit, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Samsung is promising Android upgrade for the new Galaxy F56 5G for six years. The handset has a 5,000mAh battery.

The base model of the new Samsung Galaxy F56 5G 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 25,999. At the same time, the price of 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model is Rs 28,999. These are the initial price, including a bank offer of Rs 2,000. The phone has been launched in two color options Green and Violet. Samsung, Samsung Finance+ and NBFC partners can avail the EMI option of Rs 1,556 per month.

Samsung’s Galaxy F56 5G runs on One UI 7 based on Android 15. It will get a six -year Android upgrade and a 6 -year security update. The phone has a 6.7 -inch full HD+ Super AMOLED+ display with a high brightness mode (HBM) and 120Hz refresh rates of 1,200 nits. The display supports vision booster technology.
The handset has the front and back Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus coating. It runs on 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage with EXYNOS 1480 processor. The F56 5G has a 7.2mm thin profile and is being claimed to be the thinnest smartphone in the company’s F-series portfolio.
Talking about the camera, the Galaxy F56 5G has a triple rear camera with OIS support. It has a 50-megapixel main camera. At the front, it has a 12-megapixel HDR selfie camera. The camera setup has many AI imaging features like object eraer and edit decoration. The rear camera unit gives 2x zoom and can capture 4K video on 30fps in 10-bit HDR. On the other hand, if you talk about the battery, Samsung has given a 5,000mAh battery pack with 45W fast charging support. It has Samsung’s Knox Vault feature for safety.
